RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If the 30-grace period has passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, unless, you have signed up for our extended warranty program. Our extended warranty program will extend your product protection plan by an additional 30 days. If you have not signed up for this please click here to sign up.

If your item has malfunction, broken or if you are unhappy with the product, we will happily send you a free replacement or provide a full refund of your original purchase price.

Simply email support@dr-and-co.com with your name, order information and a brief description of the issue(s) you are experiencing.  

Please note, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your request is received, we will process your refund and credit back the amount owed to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment has been processed.
